Abstract

A range of new derivatives of 2-amino-4-oxo-1-(3-cyano-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]-thiophen-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acids bearing the nitrile group at the position 3 of the thiophene ring was broadened. Antitumor activity against the B16-F10 murine melanoma cell line was studied.
