This study focuses on the correlation between physical activity and college students' life satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>A cross-sectional survey method was applied to 326 college students, using the Physical Activity Rating Scale, the Psychological Resilience Scale, the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale, and the Life Satisfaction Scale.
