The elastic contact process is divided into multiple stages according to the order of the asperity participating in the contact and further subdivided into several linear processes by adding nodes at each stage. The relationship between the assembly load and the deformation amount is established based on the related theories of contact mechanics and the geometric relationship between the assembly interfaces, thus enabling the prediction of the part's pose during the assembly process. 基于多级线性化接触的装配精度分析方法
由于非线性效应对装配精度分析模型的影响,机械制造精度的提高面临着挑战。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于多级线性化接触的装配精度分析方法。利用离散余弦变换核函数的线性叠加,建立了考虑形态误差的零件表面凹凸度模型,并简化了装配接口。采用齐次坐标变换(HCT),实现了刚体假设下装配过程中零件位姿的预测。根据参与接触的粗糙体的顺序将弹性接触过程划分为多个阶段,并通过在每个阶段增加节点的方式将弹性接触过程细分为多个线性过程。根据接触力学的相关理论和装配界面之间的几何关系,建立装配载荷与变形量之间的关系,从而实现对装配过程中零件位姿的预测。以多路液压阀为对象,通过对算法添加节点前后位姿预测精度的比较,证明了所提方法能显著提高装配精度分析的精度。
