Y-Frakturen des distalen Humerus im Kindesalter – Case Report von zwei Patienten

Abstract

Obwohl die suprakondyläre Humerausfraktur die häufigste Ellenbogenverletzung bei Kindern zwischen 4-10 Jahren ist, kommen transkondyläre Y- Frakturen im Wachstumsalter selten vor. Die meisten Kinder, die in der Literatur mit transkondylären Y- oder T-Frakturen präsentiert werden, sind älter als 10 Jahre.

Wir stellen im Folgendem unsere Versorgung bzw. die postoperativen Ergebnisse von zwei kleinen Kindern mit Y-Fraktur des distalen Humerus vor.

Although supracondylar humerus fracture is the most common injury of elbow joint in children aged 4-10 years, the Y-type fracture of distal humerus is rare. The most children reported with T-condylar or Y-type fracture of the elbow are older than 10 years.

We present our management of two cases of Y-condylar fracture of the distal humerus in young children and the results of our supply.
