Abstract

As China continues to develop its ecological civilization, it is crucial to quantitatively assess the ecological value to understand its potential impact on regional sustainable development. While previous studies have highlighted the importance of ecological value, they have not fully reflected the value of ecological restoration work or considered social costs and benefits, lacking a people-centered approach. 基于生态修复的生态价值评价方法——以承德市塞罕坝机械化林场为例
随着中国生态文明建设的不断深入,定量评估生态价值对区域可持续发展的潜在影响至关重要。以往的研究虽然强调了生态价值的重要性,但没有充分反映生态修复工作的价值,也没有考虑到社会成本和效益,缺乏以人为本的方法。因此,本研究从可持续发展的角度分析生态价值的本质。通过对承德市塞罕坝机械化林场等具有代表性的生态修复区域进行研究,旨在明确生态修复工作对提升区域可持续发展能力的重要意义。研究结果强调了综合考虑从生态建设到生态产出的价值链的必要性,突出了生态建设过程中的生态修复价值和生态产出过程中的人民福祉。这种方法赋予生态价值更多的经济属性和人文属性,从而更好地服务于生态恢复区的发展。

The journal aims to address and evaluate theoretical frameworks, capability building initiatives, strategic goals, ethical values, empirical research, methodologies, and techniques in the field. CJPRE began publication in 1992 and is sponsored by the Chinese Society for Sustainable Development (CSSD), the Research Center for Sustainable Development of Shandong Province, the Administrative Center for China's Agenda 21 (ACCA21), and Shandong Normal University. The Chinese title of the journal was inscribed by the former Chinese leader, Mr. Deng Xiaoping. Initially focused on China's advances in sustainable development, CJPRE now also highlights global developments from both developed and developing countries.
