Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including NMR and HRESIMS, as well as X-ray crystallographic analysis. Abstract

Four undescribed clerodane diterpenoids cleibreciums A-D (14) and two undescribed ellagitannins, 2′-methoxybractin (5) and 3″‘-hydroxy-5″‘-dehydroxy-2′-methoxybractin (6) were isolated from the aqueous-EtOH extract of twigs and leaves of Cleidion brevipetiolatum. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including NMR and HRESIMS, as well as X-ray crystallographic analysis.
