Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and Kappa values were calculated to assess the efficacy of these diagnostic approaches.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>O-RADS alone showed a diagnostic sensitivity of 88.24%, specificity of 80.77%, and accuracy of 82.61% (Kappa = 0.719). When combined with CEUS, the diagnostic accuracy and Kappa value significantly improved. Abstract
