Abstract
Sc-doped Ni-rich cathode materials were synthesized using a wet-chemical method, which suppressed Li+/Ni2+ mixing, promoted Li+ diffusion, improved chemo-mechanical properties, and significantly enhanced cycle stability and rate performance.
