Abstract

This preconference workshop is designed to equip fellowship program directors and other interested educators with the tools and knowledge to lead innovative improvements in their training programs. Participants will learn about best practices in fellowship administration and curriculum design, as identified by the Fellowship Training Committee, and will have the chance to share key successes from their own programs.
