Abstract
Corrected versions of Figures 2 and 6 appear below. The first error is that the same band of tubulin was used in Figures 2F and 4E, because the bands and data in those panels were based on the same samples with the same loading amount. Although the current band does not affect the authenticity and credibility of the research data, in order to avoid confusion for readers, we have replaced the band in Figure 2F with other representative images selected from our research records. In the original version, the statistical analysis of data was made based on all of the bands, including previously displayed and currently displayed; therefore, this replacement does not affect the result and conclusion. The second error is that in the original version of Figure 6A, the representative band of the p-JNK image was incorrect. This has been revised in the new Figure 6A. Figure 2. Body and liver weights and levels of liver injury indicators (AST, ALT, and cleaved caspase 3 protein) in plasma and liver of mice exposed to corn oil or palm oil with or without an ethanol diet (n = 10 per group). Abbreviations: PF, pair-fed; AF, alcohol-fed; PO, palm oil; CO, corn oil; AST, aspartate aminotransferase; ALT, alanine aminotransferase. *P < 0.05. Figure 6. Effect of different types of dietary lipids and alcohol administration on the expression of key proteins in the ASK1-JNK signaling pathway. *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01.
