The interference of the method was evaluated using blank plasma from six different subjects, and no interference was observed. The method demonstrated a linear response in the range of 300–20 000 ng/mL, with limits of detection and quantification of 1.82 and 6.07 ng/mL, respectively. The method was validated according to FDA and ICH guidelines Q2(R2), with intra- and inter-day accuracy and precision values within allowable limits.
