[Congenital hypoplasia of a lung artery].

Abstract

Es werden drei Falle von Hypoplasie einer Lungenarterie beschrieben. Embryologie, klinisches Bild, radiologische, bronchographische, angiographische und bronchospirometrische Ergebnisse sowie Pathologie und Behandlung dieses Krankheitsbildes werden im Zusammenhang aufgezeichnet. Die Differentialdiagnose wird eingehend besprochen. Three cases of hypoplasia of amain branch of the pulmonary artery are reported. The embryology, clinical presentation, radiological and bronchographic appearances as well as the angiographic findings and pathological features are described. The differential diagnosis and treatment are discussed in details. Trois cas d'hypoplasie d'une des grosses branches de l'ariere pulmonaire sont rapportes. Une analyse est faite des caracteres embryologiques, cliniques, radiologiques et bronchographiques de cette affection, ainsi que de ses particularites angiographiques et anatomo-pathologiques.
