Fecal cultures were positive for Cryptosporidium parvum. Given the patient was immunocompetent, no further treatment was warranted.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Confirmed cases should be reported, however, treatment is only recommended in children and immunocompromised adults. Abstract
