Para isso, demonstra-se de que modo a nocao de forma romanesca desenvolvida por Gyorgy Lukacs foi apropriada e reelaborada por Schwarz, sobretudo em Ao vencedor as batatas (2000a), livro em que se evidenciam os nexos entre a estrutura dos primeiros romances brasileiros e os aspectos sociologicos da classe dominante brasileira a epoca do Imperio. Assim, chega-se a constatacao de que criterios politico-ideologicos aproximam o critico na periferia do capitalismo e o filosofo hungaro no que concerne ao julgamento de obras de arte. Lukacsian’s assumptions regarding the concept of form in Roberto Schwarz This article aims to clarify the theoretical assumptions concerning the concept of literary form developed by Roberto Schwarz in his criticism. To that end, one demonstrates how the notion of form of the novel developed by Gyorgy Lukacs was appropriated and reworked by Schwarz, especially in Ao vencedor as batatas (2000a), a book that shows the link between the structure of the first Brazilian novels and the sociological aspects of the Brazilian ruling class at the time of the Empire. Thus, one can confirm which political-ideological criteria connect the critic in the periphery of capitalism and with the Hungarian philosopher regarding the judgement of works of art.
