The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction variables in PDAM Luwu Regency. Based on the calculation results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that the amount of contribution made by compensation and work environment variables to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Luwu Regency simultaneously (R2) is 0.558 or 55.8%, this means that employee performance is 55.8% influenced by compensation and work environment and the remaining 44.2% is influenced by other factors not examined or outside the research model. 本研究旨在探讨薪酬与工作环境对公司员工工作满意度的影响。本研究的研究对象均为鲁武县区域饮用水公司的员工。使用的抽样技术是问卷调查法。即卢武区饮用水公司办公室的所有员工,共40人。本次研究从2022年12月26日(周一)开始,在鲁武区饮用水公司(PDAM)办公室以抽样问卷的形式进行,为期3天,截止到2022年12月29日(周三)。研究结果表明,薪酬和工作环境同时对企业员工工作满意度产生显著影响。从多元线性回归分析的计算结果可以看出,薪酬和工作环境变量同时对PDAM鲁吴公司员工工作满意度的贡献量(R2)为0.558或55.8%,这意味着员工绩效受薪酬和工作环境影响的比例为55.8%,其余44.2%受未检验或研究模型之外的其他因素影响。部分薪酬对公司员工的工作满意度没有影响,而部分工作环境对公司员工的工作满意度有显著影响。
