Optimal conditions found in these equilibrium experiments were applied to rhEPO adsorption in a chromatographic column. Abstract

Abstract This work deals with the capture of human recombinant erythropoietin (rhEPO) from a mixture of proteins in a concentrated postcultivation supernatant.
