Tensile characterization tests are carried out on cracked concrete (0.3 mm crack opening), seismic tension (0.5 mm crack opening plus loading cycles) and seismic shear (0.5 mm crack opening plus loading cycles) obtaining guaranteed values (95% percentile) for reduced resistance concretes.
