The focus has been around quantitative aspects of bibliometric analysis and qualitative content of scientific productions. The results point to the different areas in which to develop the work of the pedagogue in the company, such as Human Resources and Training, to the importance of cross-skills in the profile that companies currently demand (adaptability, communication, creativity, entrepreneurship ...) and the need to open access ways to the business world from the degrees of pedagogy. Abstract

The company is a gap of pedagogy that for many people is unknown. However, there are more and more scientific articles that address aspects related to business pedagogy. Therefore, this work aims to highlight issues of interest that Spanish scientific literature tackles around this issue.
