Órgano garante: una dimensión indispensable para fortalecer la cultura de transparencia en el Estado de Sonora, México

Abstract

The Sonoran Institute of transparency, access to public information and protection of personal data (istai) has a vision to be an autonomous body of public servants engagedin the management of quality and in the promotion of a culture of transparency and accountability, that it guaranteesto the society as a whole with responsibility and professionalism in the fulfilment of the legal framework on access to public information and protection of personal data.This article analyzes the Law of Transparency of Sonoraand describes the functions of this Organ, among whichthey emphasize the strengthening relation with obligedsubjects, organized society and institutions of informativetransparency, to know and to monitor the advances as foraccess, classification and file of the obliged subjects, toestablish relations of collaboration and support with thecitizenship and the obliged subjects, to define limits as foraccess, classification and file of the public information,training continues of the subjects forced in the fulfillmentof the obligation as for access, classification of the information and file, creating and spreading a culture of thetransparency
