The epidemiological data, laboratory data and clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared, and the effects of different treatment schemes in the malignant tumor group on clinical outcomes were analyzed. Results: A total of 142 patients were collected, including 71 patients in the malignant tumor group and 71 patients in the non malignant tumor group. The average age of patients in the malignant tumor group was 62.89 ± 12.79 years. The main clinical symptoms were cough (36.6%), fatigue (21.1%), muscle soreness (18.3%), and fever (14.1%).
