A cidade e a natureza em Paisagem matinal de Cida Pedrosa/ City and Nature in Cida Pedrosa’s Morning Landscape

Abstract

Resumo: O artigo propõe uma leitura do poema Paisagem matinal de Cida Pedrosa evidenciando os jogos de sentido presentes na paisagem urbana os quais revelam a relação entre a cidade e o sujeito e a presença silenciosa da natureza nesse espaço tão hostil. Para tanto, considera-se algumas noções que contemplem a paisagem enquanto jogo de visível e invisível (BESSE, 2006; DIDI-HUBERMAN, 1998; MERLEAUPONTY, 2003) e a relação da cidade com o campo (WILLIAMS, 1990). Indo um pouco além do caminho dos estudos da lírica brasileira, o trabalho se justifica na possibilidade de se enxergar a natureza não como uma dicotomia do espaço urbano, mas também, como uma importante presença participativa na construção dos sentidos aqui ali circulam. Portanto, em meio ao ritmo acelerado da urbe, elementos naturais se confundem e são raramente, ou nunca, notados como como corpos marcados pela opressão daquele espaço moderno.Palavras-chave: Cidade e Natureza; Paisagem, Poesia contemporânea brasileira; Cida Pedrosa.Abstract: The article proposes a reading of the poem Paisagem matinal (Morning landscape) by Cida Pedrosa, highlighting the games of meaning present in the urban landscape, which reveal the relationship between the city and the subject and, also, the silent presence of nature in this very hostile space. In order to do so, we consider some notions that contemplate the landscape as a game of visible and invisible (BESSE, 2006;DIDI HUBERMAN, 1998; MERLEAU-PONTY, 2003) and the relationship between the city and the countryside (WILLIAMS, 1990). Going a little beyond the path of Brazilian lyric studies, the work is justified by the possibility of seeing nature not as a dichotomy of urban space, but also as an important participatory presence in the construction of meanings that circulate there. Therefore, in the midst of the accelerated pace of the city, natural elements are confused and are rarely, if ever, noticed as bodies marked by the oppression of that modern space.Keywords: city and nature; landscape; Brazilian contemporary poetry; Cida Pedrosa.
