We observed that the intensity of protein bands was higher in galled leaf as compare to normal leaf protein. Abstract

In the present investigation the electrophoretic studies of protein and isozymes (peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase) in leaf galls of Pongamia pinnata induced by Aceria pongamiae were carried out.
