Drug efficacy was assessed by evaluating the existence of diarrhea, oocyst shedding and body condition from day 1 to 5. Results: On 5 th day, the medicated 6 calves had no oocysts, and number of oocysts in feces had been decreased in 11 calves on 5 th day. Statistically signifi - cant difference (p<0.05) was observed in the blood values at the beginning of the treatment and after the treatment. 加红霉素治疗自然感染隐孢子虫病的新生儿疗效评价
目的:探讨加霉素治疗自然感染隐孢子虫病的临床疗效。材料与方法:以5 ~ 20日龄的20头腹泻新生儿犊牛为研究对象。通过显微镜检查和酶联免疫吸附试验诊断隐孢子虫病。该研究包括在粪便中每克排出4 × 10.4至15 × 10.6的隐孢子虫卵囊的小牛。治疗开始时和治疗结束后分别测定血气图和血气。单次皮下注射加霉素,剂量为6mg /kg体重。通过观察第1 ~ 5天的腹泻、卵囊脱落情况和机体状况来评价药物疗效。结果:用药第5天6头犊牛未出现卵囊,第5天11头犊牛粪便中卵囊数量减少。治疗开始时与治疗结束后两组血常规比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:基于临床改善和粪便中卵囊计数的减少,加红霉素对自然感染的新生牛犊隐孢子虫病有一定的治疗效果。
