Abstract

Even the number of graduates has been increasing, though a large number of biology graduates choose not to continue their studies. Some surveys showed that the number of people going abroad for further research and graduate studies has accounted for 40% of the number of graduates. Many of them get into the influx of scientific research institutions in terms of demand for talent, which has also been close to saturation. It means that delayed biology graduates are going to face more severe problems in employment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the bioengineering courses and employment opportunities on job-seeking websites, then extract them into the knowledge about self-competence. The level of self-competence affects the employment possibility of bioengineering college students. The knowledge map was constructed to reference students' study paths. This study is helpful to the bioengineering college students' self-improvement and career guidance development.
