Measurements included the critical thinking disposition questionnaire, nurses’s knowledge of high-alert medication questionnaire, the medication safety competency scale. Abstract

重症监护室护士批判性思维倾向、高危用药错误风险水平与用药安全能力
目的:探讨重症监护病房(ICU)护士批判性思维倾向、高危用药用药错误风险水平与用药安全能力的关系,以及影响用药安全能力的因素。方法:选取1所省级一级综合医院和1所省级综合医院的266名ICU护士。数据于2021年8月10日至8月31日采用结构化自填问卷收集。测量方法包括批判性思维倾向问卷、护士高危用药知识问卷、用药安全胜任力量表。采用SPSS/WIN 28.0软件对数据进行分层多元回归分析。结果:在多元回归分析中,患者的用药安全能力与工作部门、高警惕性用药的批判性思维倾向、用药差错风险水平有统计学意义。结论:根据本研究结果,建议制定并应用强化重症监护护士批判性思维倾向和高危用药错误风险水平的知识技能教育策略,提高重症监护护士的用药安全能力。
