It introduces the optimum RCSR of 22.5 dB at 8.7 GHz for normal incident wave. The paper investigates the RCSR from different planar and conformal metallic surfaces loaded with PCM square arrangement. Abstract

A polarization converter metamaterial surface (PCM) surface is designed for radar-cross-section reduction (RCSR) applications, through this paper.
