Results Positive rates of TS and ER were higher in breast carcinoma than that in adenofibroma. Expression of ER was related to histological type in breast carcinoma (P<;0.05). Expressions rates of TS and ER were related to lymph node metastasis (P<;0.05). The sensitive rate of CAF chemotherapy protocols was 44.1%. There was relationship between expressions of TS, ER and sensitive rate of CAF chemotherapy protocols. Conclusion: The overexpressions of TS, ER may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of breast cancer.
