Abstract
Here, we describe two cases of inflammatory bowel disease in two young female patients, after treatment with oral isotretinoin for severe acne vulgaris and hidradenitis suppurativa, respectively. IBD may potentially be a serious side effect to oral isotretinoin in dermatology practice.
