通过多轨外交消除太平洋地区对妇女的暴力行为
人道主义问题往往是发展中国家面临的一个问题,往往可能与性别问题联系在一起。太平洋岛屿国家被标记为暴力数据发生率最高的区域,具有容忍其社会中性别主导和歧视做法的各种因素。为了应对这一现象,太平洋岛屿国家的政府经常接受其他国际关系行为体的援助,其中之一是联合国妇女署。在澳大利亚政府的支持下,该联合国机构协助许多不同级别的机构努力消除对妇女的暴力行为,这是太平洋地区最突出的性别歧视形式。来自不同群体的其他各方的参与表明了多轨外交行为体与联合国妇女署发起的方案之间的关系。本研究运用多轨道外交理论和性别暴力概念,确定了太平洋地区共有九个轨道在应对暴力侵害妇女问题方面的参与和贡献。这种应对本身就是一种维护世界和平的努力,也是多轨外交的最终目的。这种反应的结果是他们参与和贡献了太平洋基金的各种方案。关键词:太平洋;性别平等;对外援助;
