La industria de alimentación y bebidas es uno de los sectores en mejor situación actualmente en España. Un sector estratégico para afrontar la situación de crisis generalizada que estamos viviendo. En el presente artículo se repasa la situación actual del sector así cómo varios aspectos clave que las empresas deben afrontar en los próximos años para alcanzar el desarrollo que necesitan.
