Conceptual approach to creating a regulatory base of technical and economic justification of the cost of research and experimental design works performed at the expense of Federal Budget

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a conceptual approach to the creation of a regulatory framework for a feasibility study of the cost of research and development work. The analysis of the currently existing methods used to solve this problem is carried out. An algorithm for the formation of initial information for determining the standard indicators and the procedure for their calculation are proposed. Forms of presentation of normative information used in the valuation of research and development work have been formed.
