This qualitative-quantitative research is based on 393 cases divided in 21 social centres in Viterbo district in Italy demonstrate that social capital in specific environment is a flywheel for trust, health and happiness for senior citizen. This study shows that social capital could reduce daily hospitalization and medicines consumption for elderly. Abstract
