Abstract

Aiming at the big measuring error from grating spectrometer caused by the devices' spectral characterics,an error correction method is brought forward and validated. Firstly,the grating spectrometer's principle is analyzed deeply and the theoretical model of error correction is built. 光栅光谱仪光谱响应特性的误差校正
