Abstract

The space-charge-formation characteristics of ethylene-styrene copolymer were investigated on the basis of DC conduction, TSC (thermally stimulated current), TPC (thermal pulse current), RIC (radiation-induced current), and vacuum-ultraviolet spectroscopy measurements.
