Burkitt lymphoma is a highly aggressive neoplasm of mature B cells in non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Stomach involvement occurs in only 10% of patients. Almost all cases are detected in the late stages as a bulky mass located in the abdomen or other gastrointestinal sites. Abstract
