Abstract
A 40-year-old male presented with upper abdominal discomfort and ultrasound abdomen revealed a cystic lesion in the uncinate process. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography revealed a thick-walled cystic lesion measuring 4.2 cm in the uncinate process [Figure 1]
