With the decreasing marginal effect of macro-policy, the structural problems accumulated in the process of rapid development of China's economy since the reform and opening-up 40-odd years ago have begun to emerge, such as high debt, overcapacity of enterprises, declining return on investment, operational difficulties and even continuous losses. These "blood-sucking zombie enterprises" are gradually exposed to the public's eyes. These zombie enterprises have adverse effects on the future development of China, such as wasting social resources, disturbing market order, disengagement from asset supervision, harming workers' rights and interests, and forming financial risks. Based on logic analysis, this article analyzes the formation of zombie enterprises, the necessity of dealing with zombie enterprises and the solutions. The result shows that Zombie companies lead to misallocation of resources, occupying social capital, making it difficult for emerging companies to obtain funds, and hindering innovation and development. Bankruptcy disposal of zombie companies must pass strict legislation, law enforcement and legal supervision to effectively solve financial risks and protect the rights and interests of employees.

Emotional labor in the research field of service industry has been valued by organizations, managers and service employees. As a high-frequency and high-intensity emotional labor group, the two emotional labor strategies adopted by medical staff, surface acting performance and deep acting performance, have an important impact on the medical staff's own mental health, job satisfaction, patient satisfaction and loyalty. Surface acting performance plays a restraining role, while deep acting performance does the opposite. Based on the theory of unconscious emotional infection and the analysis of patients' irrational behavior, this article analyzes the working conditions of medical staff in China's public tertiary hospitals and the important role of emotional labor.

With the advent of the digital era, the dissemination of information, people’s consumption level and concept, as well as the luxury market, all have undergone great changes, and these changes require marketing strategies to make adjustment. Nowadays, some new luxury brands are eager to establish their own brands and stand out, and some old luxury brands are also trying to adapt to the new era. Therefore, it becomes necessary to find marketing strategies suitable for new luxury brands and old luxury brands. This article aims to achieve that by analyzing the marketing strategies of a classic luxury brand that succeed before and after the digital era — Tiffany&Co. Tiffany's classical marketing strategies provide guidance for the brand building of the emerging luxury brands. On the premise of product quality assurance, unique design, brand story and identifiable characteristics are the foundation for building a brand, and celebrity effect is an important way to promote product sales and brand promotion. Moreover, Tiffany’s adapted marketing strategies in the digital era could be used as reference for luxury brands with a long history. These marketing methods demonstrate that the old brands should utilize social networks, establishing platforms that allow customers to shop online and engage in different brands’ activities. By using online platforms, these old luxury brands can increase their visibility, build their own brand communities and attract loyal customers. Also, retro element is an advantage that old luxury brands could use. Besides, the author found that selling affordable products, opening the market to people from many social groups might be a good way to adapt to the new environment of luxury industry.

With the changes in the population structure, China's population policy has been continuously adjusted since the 1980s. In early 2016, China began to implement the universal two-child policy, hoping to cope with the aging population, the declining birthrate, and the decline in labor supply. However, it was not satisfactory. Based on demographic data, this paper analyzes the background of the universal two-child policy, as well as the current changes in the labor supply situation and existing problems in China, and put forward suggestions to further improve the birth policy, increase the willingness of women of childbearing age to give birth, improve the quality of employment, and strengthen human capital investment.

In the context of culture and tourism integration, red tourism has been highly valued and has been listed in national policy documents for many times. China's red tourism is in the ascendant. It is necessary to constantly promote the transformation of red cultural resources into tourism brands, and further strengthen the crossindustry integration of red tourism, promote the production of comprehensive benefits in the political, economic, social, cultural and ecological aspects of red tourist destinations. In view of the status quo, more and more cities take the red tourism as the pillar of urban tourism. How to evaluate the red tourism development system has also aroused the attention and thinking of many scholars. Hunan Province is rich in red tourism resources, and the development of red tourism ranks first in the country. The development is relatively early, distinct, typical and representative. By constructing a system dynamics model, this paper makes a reasonable evaluation of the red tourism development system in Hunan Province. It aims to analyze the status quo of the development of red tourism in Hunan Province, choose the best development model and development path, enhance the competitiveness of red tourism in Hunan Province, and brighten the red cultural business card of Hunan

In recent years, more and more people pay attention to environmental problems. The correct classification of garbage directly affects environmental governance. Based on the community classification group in Shenzhen, China, this paper puts forward the community garbage classification method for the government to enforce the garbage classification measures. Aiming at the problem of community garbage classification, first of all, we need to understand the number of households, living habits, garbage delivery behavior, and from which to sort out and analyze the characteristics of typical characters, then simulate the different character types in the garbage classification process of functional needs and emotional changes, clear and optimize the delivery process, and promote the correct classification. "Blue Whale Project" actively cooperates with the government to improve the waste classification system and supporting facilities. Combined with Internet technology, it establishes the classification community culture and promotes waste classification education, encouraging users to be willing to and able to classify, so as to achieve a new situation of correct waste classification in the community. As a result, we created the "blue whale project" through the mode of "one bucket, one bag" and apply to improve the user classification experience, improve the enthusiasm and correctness of garbage classification, and strive to provide reference value for the promotion of garbage classification in the community.

After an explosive growth phase, MCNs (MCN means Multi-Channel Network) are in urgent need of sustainable business model innovation. The motivation can be divided into two parts: endogenous factors are the agencies' initiatives for business model innovation due to their own technology and capital accumulation, while exogenous factors refer to the external conditions forcing MCNs to carry out sustainable business model innovation. The path to sustainable business model innovation for MCNs can be achieved by embedding corporate social responsibility in the business model of MCNs, focusing on users to achieve value co-creation, and empowerment
