After years of development and using the SPA model, Uniqlo has made great achievements in international operation and has a strong competitiveness in the world. The research topic of this paper is the impact of SPA model on Uniqlo's marketing. This paper analyzes the SPA model of specific marketing methods through collecting the data from Internet. This is a complete supply chain system. It is a one-stop production and sales management mode from raw material procurement, commodity planning, research and development, production to logistics, sales, inventory management and other processes, which is conducive to reducing the cost of supply chain. The SPA mode can better strengthen the control ability of each supply link and supervise the product quality. It can be concluded that the SPA model plays a great role in the marketing of Uniqlo.

The economic transformation in the new era has broken the inherent order of factors such as economic mode, power, structure, and efficiency, highlighting the dynamics of high-quality development. Can factor coupling become a new driving force for high-quality economic transformation? Based on this, this paper uses Group Mean Panel FMOLS to construct a high-quality development measurement model, and uses Granger and other test methods to empirically study the internal mechanism of factor coupling and high-quality development. The results show that effective coupling provides a source of power for a stable and high-quality economic development model, and vice versa, it becomes the shackles of its development.

Based on the teaching requirement of learning at home during the epidemic period, on the basis of fully excavating the existing resources, this paper analyzes the demand characteristics of House Architecture course for real estate economics speciality, and constructs multiple teaching methods, such as "online teaching platform + tools" collaboration, "self-built teaching resources and network teaching resources" collaboration, "traditional teaching materials and social software in favor by new generation" collaboration. The results of practical application are analyzed. It provides methods for the purpose oriented post epidemic era teaching of applied real estate economics undergraduate education.

In less than five years, Pinduoduo, listed on National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (NASDAQ) in the United States, created a remarkable business legend. Within just two years, corporate Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) broke through RMB 100 billion and Pinduoduo announced its profit for the first time in the financial report of the third quarter of 2020, and these dazzling performance have to make people go deep into its governance strategy to deal with market changes and the marketing strategy behind Pinduoduo. With that in mind, this paper mainly focuses on Pinduoduo's actions, organizational structure, succession plan, and implemented strategies, analyzes its external market and macro-environment and reviews its performance, and finally summarizes Pinduoduo's external and internal advantages and disadvantages by SWOT analysis, so as to put forward the corresponding strategy choice.

As an important part of China's national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in promoting China's economic growth, expanding jobs and increasing national tax revenue. However, due to the small scale of SMEs, low level of credit, lack of collateral, they are often plagued by narrow financing channels, financing difficulties and expensive financing, so a new technology is urgently needed to solve the current financing plight of SMEs. In recent years, block chain technology has attracted wide attention worldwide due to its decentralized and trustfree technical mechanism, and has become another new thing that can be popularized and applied on a global scale after the Internet. In this paper, "block chain" and "finance" are perfectly combined, aiming to use the properties of decentralization, immutability and traceability of block chain technology to improve the credit level of small and medium-sized enterprises and expand their financing channels. The "middle-income trap" refers to the phenomenon that an economy stagnates for a long time after its income per capita achieves the middle level of the world, which frequently occurs in developing countries. Taking Latin America as an example, the author establishes a unified framework that includes other explanations from the perspective of the debt crisis for research. Adopting multiple methods including literature and case study, data analysis and mechanism reasoning, the main conclusions are as follows. First, middle-income economies bear a higher actual risk of external debt problems. Second, debt crises cause permanent losses and the recovery tends to be less effective in the middle-income group than others. Third, a lower yet concealed debt ratio threshold in the middle-income economies misleads the state government’s decision-making on borrowing. Finally, "debtcrisis-recovery-debt", the vicious circle, systematically reveals the essence of the "middle-income trap" in the debtor countries, excessive sovereign debt serves as both the trigger and the accelerator in the collapsing process.

The change of water resources quantity and water resources supply are elaborated in this paper to analyze water resources in Beijing. On this basis, the profit-loss amount and the profit-loss rate of water resources in Beijing are calculated by using break-even analysis. The water resource load index method is also employed to calculate the population and economic scale that can be supported by water resources in Beijing, and then reveal the relationship between water resources, population and economic development in Beijing. The results show that during the period from the 10th five-year plan to the 13th five-year plan, the total amount of water resources and the water resources per capita in Beijing have increased on the whole, but they are far below the internationally recognized warning line of extreme water shortage. The water resources in Beijing are in a state of "break-even", among which the surface water resources are in an alternating state of "break-even surplus break-even", while the groundwater resources are in a state of "break-even" to "surplus".
