Nowadays, in China, the university library has become a standard configuration for every university and a venue for teachers and students to read and study. With the advent of the information age, network information technology grows rapidly, and some university libraries meet some management problems. For this, this article primarily explores the measures to solve these problems, and proposes a service innovation strategy for university libraries to further facilitate university library management.

In enterprise production, task similarity and switching frequency have significant effects on employees' brain cognitive load and job performance under dynamic multi task processing. In this paper, Lego car model was used to simulate the manual assembly operation, and a two factor task switching experiment of similarity and switching frequency (2×3) was carried out. The data of oxyhemoglobin (O2Hb) concentration in left and right prefrontal lobes of 36 subjects were collected by near infrared optical brain imaging equipment (NIRS). The results show that there is no significant difference in the assembly error rate and the total completion time of task similarity, but the dissimilar task will lead to a sharp increase in O2Hb and an increase in task switching reaction time (RT) compared with similar tasks. Switching frequency had significant effects on task performance and cognitive load. Low frequency switching can improve employee's brain flexibility and reduce brain fatigue caused by repeated assembly. However, task assembly error rate and cognitive load will increase significantly under high frequency switching. The results of this study provide a basis for further understanding the relationship and change of cognitive load and job performance in assembly production. It provides a theoretical scheme for enterprise managers to optimize work plan, reasonably allocate production resources and realize efficient and sustainable production.

The high-speed railway’s opening will bring huge consumer groups for the commercial development of the city where the high-speed railway station is located. Based on the panel data of 233 prefecture-level cities in China from 2006-2017, this paper explores the impact of the high-speed railway’s opening on local commercial development and its internal mechanism by using multi-period difference-in-difference method. It is found that the high-speed railway’s opening significantly promotes the development of local commerce, especially in the third tier and lower cities; the higher the investment in local real estate development, the stronger the promotion effect of high-speed railway on local commerce. This paper shows that policymaker should do a good job in supporting commercial operation facilities, guide high-speed rail groups to expand consumption and dialectically understand the rationality of real estate development.

Through interviews and questionnaire surveys of cultural tourists in the Ancestor Temple of the Lords of the Three Mountains, Jiexi, this article analyzes the characteristics of tourist behavior characteristics of local folk belief cultural tourism from three aspects: tourist demographic characteristics, tourist behavior characteristics and post-tour satisfaction. Researches show that: (1) The source of tourists and their perception of tourist destinations are significantly affected by regions, showing the obvious characteristic of family intergenerational inheritance. The occupation of tourists is mainly business with family trips in form mostly, and the purpose of their trips is mostly to pray for blessings; (2) Local tourists have a significantly higher awareness of scenic spots. Due to family influence and personal beliefs, it is easier for them to form the habit of regular visits, which is even regarded as an important ceremony for family communication and entrusting good wishes. They are also often full of strong emotions for scenic spots, so they have a high revisit rate and a strong willingness to recommend these scenic spots. Tourists from other places get more relevant information from the Internet, and their awareness is low. They often joint package tours out of curiosity, and the revisit rate of them is significantly lower than that of local tourists; (3) The Ancestor Temple of the Lords of the Three Mountains scenic spot has a relatively stable source of tourists, but the general tourists' duration of stay is short and the consumption is low. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of strategies which are adopted by the airline firms to overcome the crisis in marketing perspective after understanding the impact of the pandemic on key transportation mode (i.e., airline). Based on the analysis of the market situation and the forecast of virus severity for the uncertain future, one most likely happened scenario is selected. With selected scenario, the paper highlights and specifies several popular strategies which are utilized by many of the airline firms, and outlines key implications for the post-COVID-19 self-rescue actions.
