In the digital age, the way higher education institutions communicate with target groups has undergone essential changes. More and more universities are using digital marketing tools as an alternative to traditional means of communication. This study aims to analyze the possibilities of applying digital marketing tools in the promotion of higher education institutions.

Project scope management through pmbok 通过项目管理手册进行项目范围管理

The article highlights the importance of the scope management for the success of projects and organizations, respectively. The scope/results/objectives are the important key elements of modern project management methodologies, being important tools for both project planning and control. We consider that the scope management is the set of processes that ensure the identification and structuring of project content into deliverables, milestones and activities that, systemically, ensure the expectations of stakeholders. The analysis of the evolution of the content of the project scope management is presented by the comparative-evolutionary analysis of this topic in more advanced editions of Project Management Body of Knowledge and another methodologies which are known and used internationally. The paper presents the processes that make up the scope management proposed in PMBOK's last edition and the author support the opinion that they, in general, contribute to the elaborating and insurance the realization of the project content in line with stakeholder expectations. The analysis of processes in project cost management has allowed the generalization of some ways of improvement of this domain.

Today's consumers see shops and shopping centers not just as places to shop for essential goods, but also as places to get emotions and new impressions, interesting pastime, dating, learning and development. The pandemic has made its own adjustments to the development of the market. Consumer behavior changed almost overnight: health and safety issues came to the fore when making a purchasing decision. The past year and a half has shown that trading companies that are able to quickly respond to changes remain successful. Today, to gain a competitive advantage, new solutions are required, including the development of formats in retail.

Management of investments in education and the impact on school performance 教育投资的管理及其对学校绩效的影响

This paper examines several aspects of education, school dropout, labor as an effect of investments in education, with the aim of determining the factors that put barriers in increasing the level of education. The aim of the paper is to show that the implementation of European programs in pre-university education leads to the development of human resources involved, but also to the development of economic society as a whole. Respecting the competence of Member States for their education and training systems to several EU strategies and initiatives, including the Europe 2020 Strategy. Thus, education and training should be strengthened and supported to improve access to quality learning for all, to avoid labor and social market segmentation and to enable mobility processes; social growth and convergence across Europe. It concludes that education funding policies should focus mainly on social assistance, social inclusion should be given priority to investment in lower levels of education, including preschool, and the acquisition of general rather than occupational skills.

The material needs of the population are largely met by retail, and the degree of satisfaction of these needs expressed by the demand of buyers of material goods depends largely on the ability of buyers to choose and procure their favorite goods. This possibility depends on the degree of diversity and the structure of the supply of goods in the retail network, which must correspond to the structure of consumer needs and the solvent demand of buyers. This correspondence can only be achieved by ensuring the management of the commercial assortment of goods. Like any other, the management of the commercial assortment of goods is carried out by performing a series of functions, including specific ones, the nomenclature and the content of which are not yet determined in the specialized literature. The purpose of this work is to complete the nomenclature and specify the nominations of the specific functions of the management system of the commercial assortment of consumer goods, to formulate the definitions and to elaborate the contents of the specific functions of regulation - forecasting -normation of the optimal commercial assortment of consumer goods. The research is performed using scientific methods: observation, comparative analysis, co relational analysis, analogy, induction and deduction, prediction, extrapolation, generalization, expertise, didactic and practical experience, etc., orienting us to the standards regarding the management of the quality of the production in the spheres of production and circulation and to the specialized literature. In the work we present the specified or premiere nominations and the extended version of the nomenclature of the specific functions of the management of the commercial assortment of consumer goods in the retail trade network. For the first time, we present the definitions, contents (purposes, tasks and elements) and areas of application of the specific functions of regulation - forecasting - normation of the optimal commercial assortment of consumer goods of the management of the commercial assortment of consumer goods.

This paper represents a theoretical-practical incusion of the changes in the management systems in the context of the new changes punctuated by the use of new information technologies, extremely necessary for companies to step on the path of sustainable development. Businesses are active actors in the development of society, they are the pillars of change in society. In this context, it is extremely necessary to resize the management system of national enterprises in the direction of using new information technologies that help companies to meet new challenges, to more easily infiltrate the large global market. The aim of the research is to identify the possibilities of resizing the management system through the use of information technologies. Among the research objectives we can highlight: researching the typology of management systems, identifying new changes in management systems that have arrived with the introduction of information technologies, scoring solutions to increase the competitiveness of companies with the introduction of information technologies. In conclusion, we can mention that information technologies for the management system represent a sure path to economic performance, to new dimensions of increasing competitiveness and ensuring sustainable development. A modern management system includes the most diverse information technologies that are used by companies to increase the performance of the company.

Green retail as formation of a responsible consumption culture 绿色零售形成负责任的消费文化

The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of introducing ecological retail at Ukrainian enterprises. The authors considered the essence of ecological retail, the main tasks of "green retail" at the enterprise. The key tasks of the ecological retail system at Ukrainian enterprises and the advantages of its implementation have been set. The structure of customer loyalty, the system of cost reduction, as well as cost optimization have been analyzed. The current most profitable suppliers of eco-goods were also investigated. The results showed that customer satisfaction is largely determined by product mix, product availability, and high quality customer service.

The development of internationalization leads to the access to advanced knowledge sources, new business building opportunities and, respectively, the development of enterprise management. Training staff ready to work in the conditions of globalization, increasing the reputation of universities, is becoming increasingly important. We have analyzed the competence that will make individuals function effectively, to adapt, to engage and integrate into another culture on the one hand, to interact effectively with representatives of other cultures in the workplace on the other hand. It is Intercultural competence. Its importance, components and ways of its development are described in this paper.
