ESTIMATION OF THE IMPACT OF THE APPLICATION OF BIOCOMPOSTS ON AGROCHEMICAL INDICATORS OF SODDY-PODZOLY SANDY SOIL 施用生物堆肥对灰化土农化指标影响的评价

The paper presents the results of a lysimetric experiment to study the aftereffect of the use of biocompost on the change in agrochemical parameters of sod-podzolic sandy loam soil. The positive influence of the aftereffect of the use of biocompost and effluent on the agrochemical properties of the soil has been experimentally established. The best result in improving the agrochemical indicators of soddy-podzolic sandy loam soil is observed with the aftereffect from the use of 10 t/ha of biocompost based on the joint composting of animal waste with sewage sludge from housing and communal services. Thus, the amount of absorbed bases increased by  1,9 mmol/100 g; the degree of soil saturation with bases increased by 1,6 %; organic matter content increased by 0,64 %; the content of mobile phosphorus increased by 250 mg/kg; the content of mobile potassium increased by 19 mg/kg.

CHARACTER OF INTERACTION AND GLASS FORMATION IN THE As2Se3-In2Se3 SYSTEM As2Se3-In2Se3体系中相互作用与玻璃化的特征

The kharacter of the interaction and glass formation in the As2Se3-In2Se3 system was investigated by the methods of physicochemical analysis (DTA, XRD, MSA, as well as by measuring the microhardness and determining the density) and the T-x phase diagram was constructed. The formation of a new compound of composition InAsSe3 in the As2Se3-In2Se3 system is established. The InAsSe3 compound is formed as a result of a peritactic reaction at 725оС. It was found that this InAsSe3 compound crystallizes in the tetragonal system with lattice parameters: a = 9.20 ± 0.02; c = 5.42 ± 0.02 Å, Z = 4, density ρpycn = 5.25.103 kg/m3, ρx-ray. = 5.86.103 kg/m3. In the As2Se3-In2Se3 system, solid solutions based on As2Se3 at room temperature reach 2 mol % In2Se3, and based on In2Se3-3 mol. % As2Sе3. It was found that in the As2Sе3-In2Se3 system upon slow cooling based on As2Se3, the glass formation region reaches 7 mol. % In2Se3, and in the mode of quenching in ice water up to 13 mol. % In2Se3.

ISOLATION OF STRAINS ANTAGONISTIC TO PATHOGENIC AEROMONADS FROM NATURAL POPULATIONS OF FISH AND BOTTOM SEDIMENTS 从鱼类自然种群和海底沉积物中分离病原气单胞菌拮抗菌株

Increasing production efficiency and ensuring the environmental safety of commercial fish farming facilities through the creation of modern preparations for the treatment and prevention of diseases is a topical area of aquaculture. The study of the current situation shows that the factors limiting the possibilities of sustainable entry to the market, providing fish farms with high-quality highly productive breeding material and increasing the volume of commercial fish farming products are diseases of the breeding facilities. The development of new highly effective probiotic preparations for the prevention and treatment of aquaculture facilities will not only reduce the economic costs associated with the death of breeded fish, but will also help to increase the viability of fish, the accumulation of nutrients in tissues, and the correction of the microbiocenosis of the aquatic environment. The aim of the study is to search for natural Bacillus antagonistic strains promising for creating probiotics. The strains were isolated from bottom sediments and cyprinids of natural populations. In the course of the work, the antimicrobial spectrum of action of bacilli against the causative agents of aeromonosis, furunculosis and bacterial hemorrhagic septicemia (BHS) was studied. Aeromonas test-strains were isolated from sterlet, sturgeon, stellate sturgeon, trout, carp, grass carp, silver carp, grown in conditions of pond farms.

Three new high-quality black-berried grape varieties Academician Trubilin, Traminer Cherny and Peter the Great, cultivated in the cover zone on the site of the Study Scientific Production Centre "Gornaya рolyana", were investigated. The paper presents morphophysiological, phenotypic features of varieties according to the international OIV methodology. A new system of grape bushes management in the cover zone is described. Brief characteristics of three new varieties and wines made from the studied grape varieties are given.

This article discusses the principle of adversarial parties in the aspect of its implementation by the subjects of criminal proceedings in the implementation of goals and objectives set by the legislator priority for criminal proceedings. The discussion on goal–setting in criminal proceedings, its significance for individual elements of competition and, in general, for criminal procedural activity is also analyzed.

The article describes the development of technology and the experience of implementation of simulation training of emergency medical care in acute stroke. The positive effect of simulation training in acute care of cerebrovascular accidents was proven by a significant increase in the availability of modern revascularization techniques, improvement of patient management in the clinical practice of trainees, saving time for logistics and decision-making, strengthening of the teamwork, and confident knowledge of treatment algorithms. The widespread use of educational technology of simulation training may be recommended in order to quickly provide the medical personnel with key clinical competencies, implement teamwork based on professional training and efficiency and build team interaction; establish a unified approach throughout the region (megapolis) to the use of standards and algorithms of emergency stroke care.

The positive effect of simulation training in acute care of cerebrovascular accidents was proven by a significant increase in the availability of modern revascularization techniques, improvement of patient management in the clinical practice of trainees, saving time for logistics and decision-making, strengthening of the teamwork, and confident knowledge of treatment algorithms. CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS IN RUSSIA IN THE 20-21 CENTURIES: MAIN STAGES 20-21世纪俄罗斯的宪法改革:主要阶段

The paper considers the major constitutional reforms that took place in Russia in the 19-21 centuries. The first Constitution of the RSFSR was adopted in 1918 by the 5th All-Russian Congress of Soviets on July 10, 1918. The Constitution commemorated the transition from capitalism to socialism and enshrined the dictatorship of the proletariat. In 1936, the Constitution of the USSR was adopted, followed by the Constitution of the RSFSR in 1937. In 1977, the Constitution of the USSR was adopted, in 1978 – the Constitution of the RSFSR. The Constitution of the Russian Federation adopted in 1993 reflected the new concept of human rights based on the international legal documents.
本文考察了19-21世纪俄罗斯发生的主要宪法改革。1918年7月10日,第五届全俄苏维埃代表大会通过了俄罗斯苏维埃社会主义共和国第一部宪法。宪法纪念了从资本主义到社会主义的过渡,并把无产阶级专政奉为神圣。1936年通过了苏联宪法,1937年通过了俄罗斯苏维埃社会主义共和国宪法。1977年通过了苏联宪法,1978年通过了俄罗斯苏维埃社会主义共和国宪法。1993年通过的《俄罗斯联邦宪法》反映了以国际法律文件为基础的新的人权概念。

DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FAMILY GENDER CONTRACT IN POSTTRADITIONAL CONDITIONS 后传统条件下家庭性别契约的动态特征

The processes transforming the gender contract of family systems over the past decades are considered. The traditional gender contract has lost its universalism and rigorism. The economic foundation of the family is provided by both sides, i.e. it is divided within the married couple. However, the power of traditional gender role specialization leads to disproportionately excessive participation of women in unpaid domestic service work, which is an important part of the shadow gender contract. The paper analyzes the gender structuring of paid and unpaid maintenance work of family members, the different «temporal density» of leisure time for men and women, the loss of a man's leadership in the family in the conditions of traditional distribution of responsibilities; the conflicting balance of gender roles for women of creative professions.
