The article is devoted to the question of the possibility of attributing a flat stadium to capital construction objects and real estate objects. Based on the analysis of general and special legislation, the author comes to the conclusion that a sports object - a flat stadium should be a real estate object. His position is supported by current letters from the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.

This article is devoted to the problem of foreclosure on property that is the subject of a mortgage. A brief review of the historical development of the mortgage institute is carried out, the features of the mortgage subject are highlighted, various approaches to determining the legal nature of the mortgage are considered. On the basis of these theoretical provisions, the problems of law enforcement are considered. The acts of the Supreme and Constitutional Courts, which contain explanations on the possibility of foreclosure on the only housing that is the subject of a mortgage, are analyzed. Examples of decisions of arbitration courts following explanations given by higher courts are given. The conclusion is made about the need for legislative consolidation of the conditions and criteria for foreclosure on the only housing in order to improve legislative regulation in the studied area.

Non-interchangeable tokens (NFT) mediate crypto art, digital collectibles, online games. They can grant patent rights or other intellectual property rights, rights to real estate, jewelry, vehicles, licenses and financial documents generate many legal consequences, which include, among other things, simplification of the turnover of intellectual property, contractual relations and consumer protection and require its understanding as a type of digital rights. At the same time, it should be recognized that despite the peculiarities of NFTs, their legal definition is covered by the category of utilitarian digital rights enshrined in Russian legislation.

The article analyzes the growth trends of the economy of the Republic of Tajikistan, which accompanied the development of the insurance institution as one of the components of the economic infrastructure. The specific features of insurance business, trends in the formation and development of the institutional structure and a high level of institutional relations in this type of activity are revealed. It is substantiated that at the present stage of the development of the republic, the state regulation of insurance activities has turned into a complex system of regulation, covering various blocks of relations, both regarding the creation and use of insurance funds, and related to the functioning of various structures of economic institutions, which requires the appropriate type of institutional provision regulation.
