It is proposed to determine the economic value of real estate and natural resources of Russia on the basis of the Euler L. formula, according to which there is a continuous closed relief of economic potentials. Based on the calculated relief of the economic potentials of the space of property relations, the theoretical value of real estate objects and natural resources is calculated. The market price of transactions is a tool for determining (adjusting) the coefficients of the influence of price-forming factors, calculating the level of theoretical value, an indicator of the reliability of theoretical value. It is proposed to adopt an axiom: the theoretical value of a real estate object is an economic standard for its rational use.

The article presents the procedure for calculating the integral assessment of the social rationality of the integrated logistics systems of the mining industry (ILSGP) by expert methods, which consists of the following stages: selection of generalized assessments; the ranking of these estimates; direct assignment of points to the specified assessments; calculation of the effectiveness of options for integrated assessments for each generalized assessment; calculation of the overall effectiveness of options for integral assessments; determination of research and economic areas of applicability of this procedure.

THE COMPLEX OF ANCIENT OBSERVATORIES ON THE TABLE MOUNTAIN IN INGUSHETIA 印古什桌山上的古代天文台建筑群

The proximity of the three ancient sanctuaries to each other on the flat top of the Table Mountain against the background of the sacred peaks of Kazbek and Tsey-Loam, the opportunity to observe the sunrises and sunsets in the highlands of the Caucasus, cosmogonic myths, all this gave an assumption about the astronomical functions of these sanctuaries. The purpose of the study was to prove that these ancient sanctuaries were used by the priests to determine the key moments in the annual cycle of the Sun and were a calendar. This is proved by using special computer programs and calculators that determine the azimuth and altitude of the Sun; instrumental observations and measurements on the ground. It is established that the shrines of Myat-Seli and Myater-Dyal on Table Mountain in Ingushetia are a complex of medieval solar near-horizon observatories. And it is hypothesized that these sanctuaries were built on the site from which solar cycles were observed from about the beginning of the 1st millennium BC. This work also provides prerequisites for determining various astronomical observations from sanctuaries and the presence of other ancient observatories in the Caucasus. A method has been developed for searching for prehistoric solar, lunar and stellar near-horizon observatories.

The express delivery market in recent years has been growing at the level of 3-4%, and even in these conditions, not only is it not saturated, but the demand for it is growing. According to Oxford Economics, the growth of the air cargo market, which determines the volume of the express delivery market, accelerated at times up to 7% per year from 2013 to 2018 [1]. The biggest changes took place in 2016-17 due to a technological breakthrough in the field of logistics with the introduction of services such as drone delivery, processing orders on the blockchain, calculation of the delivery mode using artificial intelligence, etc. It was expected that due to the growing demand on fast delivery guaranteed, the number of express delivery employees worldwide will grow to 4.5 million over the next few years. But the coronavirus pandemic has accelerated this process. In the study “The Future of Freight Transportation. How new technologies and new thinking can change the movement of goods”, presented by the international network of consulting companies Deloitte in 2017, states that carriers have already solved many of the problems associated with the transportation of goods. But the “last mile delivery” stage has remained limiting the development of the delivery service. At this stage, companies suffer losses due to the concentration of logistics, algorithmic and kinematic tasks that cannot be automated with modern means and technologies for replacing human labor. Consequently, the use of alternative, unconventional technologies at this stage is a key condition for the mass development of delivery.

The aim of the study was to explore the relationship between the meaningfulness of life and the career plans of an individual in the professional and family spheres at the age stage of emerging adulthood. A family career represents a sequential change in conventional family role positions and the development of relevant competencies in accordance with the life cycle of the family and self-determination of the individual. We used the test of meaningful life orientations and the author's questionnaire of family and professional careers. The sample consisted of 167 students aged 17-22. The results allowed us to identify three groups of respondents, differing in the level of meaningfulness of life. It was found that a high level of life meaningfulness is combined with a certainty of career plans in the sphere of family and profession and a high level of their consistency. Respondents with a low level of meaningfulness in life are characterized by an insufficient balance of professional and family career plans. Orientation towards a professional career with insufficient attention to life plans in the family sphere is combined with an external locus of control.
