The Empirical Study on Buyer Loyalty Formation Mechanism for B2B E-Marketplace B2B电子市场买家忠诚形成机制的实证研究

This study explored buyer loyalty formation mechanism and proposed a buyer loyalty conceptual model in the setting of B2B e-marketplaces. Then a questionnaire was constructed and data was collected from 649 buyers of a Chinese B2B e-marketplace in 114 countries all over the world. Structural equation modeling technique was applied to validate hypothetical model. Finally, the results indicated that user loyalty was positively affected by brand image, perceived quality, perceived value, and user satisfaction. In light of the major findings, the study provided managerial implications of buyer loyalty for B2B e-marketplace.

A Survey of System Platforms for Mobile Payment 移动支付系统平台调研

with the evolution and significant growth in wireless technology and the development of mobile commerce, businesses can achieve superior performance through the implementation of platforms for mobile payment. However, there are several platforms for mobile payment to choose from which makes the selection of an appropriate platform for specific applications a challenging task. In response to this challenge, the most common mobile payment platforms recorded in the literature have been reviewed. This paper presents the result of this review describing the advantages and disadvantages of each system and offers ranking of the technologies considered. MCDM method is used for assessing and comparing different platforms from technical and business points of view. The results indicate that SIM-based application with binary SMS offers the best solution compared to other alternatives.

The Econometric Analysis of the Relationship between Chinese e-Commerce Transactions and GDP

This paper analyzes the impact of the development of e-commerce on China’s economic growth from an empirical perspective. By using co integration, error correction model and Granger causality test on the two time-series in econometric way with the e-commerce transactions and GDP data from 1998 to 2005, it shows the amount of e-commerce transactions promotes economic development and there are long-term equilibrium and short-term dynamic relationship between them as a conclusion. The paper gives a basis for understanding the extent of e-commerce development, analyzing the problems in the process of development, formulating appropriate e-commerce development strategy and gives some suggestions.
本文从实证角度分析了电子商务的发展对中国经济增长的影响。利用1998 - 2005年电子商务交易额和GDP数据,采用计量经济学方法对两个时间序列进行协整、误差修正模型和格兰杰因果检验,得出电子商务交易额促进经济发展,两者之间存在长期均衡和短期动态关系的结论。本文为了解电子商务的发展程度,分析电子商务发展过程中存在的问题,制定相应的电子商务发展战略提供了依据,并提出了一些建议。

A custom-designed item commonly involves a prepurchase entry fee as well as a purchase price. This paper consider a two-stage pricing strategies format, the firm decides to make a binding commitment to a second-stage price in which quality is privately assessed and evaluated by each consumer who entered in the first stage. With commitment, the two price points are strategic substitutes and the firm can improve profit.

With the application of TD-SCDMA standard, a series of changes happened in China mobile phone market. For Nokia, which is the largest mobile phone brand in China market, the environment changes, to some extent, may impact its brand strategy in China mobile phone market. Only according to the changes of market conditions, adopt effective brand maintenance strategies timely, can Nokia maintain its market position and value. By analyzing the environment changes in China mobile phone market as a result of the application of TD-SCDMA standard, this paper puts forward to some suggestions that may be useful for Nokia in adopting its brand maintenance strategies.

MPEG Application in Electronic Records and Document Management MPEG在电子记录和文件管理中的应用

Since electronic records and document management progressively become a key issue in knowledge management, the MPEG has occupied the video records and documents’ domain as rich information resources and evidences for law & medical, E-learning aids and so on. It is significant to apply MPEG in ERDM. In this paper, a practical system model and architecture has been proposed for ERDM system. XML template of MPEG was already preliminary for system development. A few critical issues of ERDM are discussed as well.

Two-Phase Multi-unit Auction Design 两阶段多单元拍卖设计

The two-phase multi-unit auction is a practical means for auctioning many units, a private values clock phase is followed by a static interdependent values auction phase. We have added a closing auction for its traded interdependent values to improve the price discovery process. The highest execution principle is used in the second phase. Truth telling will be given priority in the auction mechanism. By predicting the demand of next clock period, we combine the private values clock auction and static interdependent values auction together, so as to use linear price as long as possible, achieve the effect of transparent price discovery and quick allocation in the private values clock phase and the efficiency of static interdependent values auction phase.

PAR: Partition-Annotate-Recommend Paradigm for Improved Accessibility in Digital Libraries 改进数字图书馆可访问性的分区-注释-推荐范例

While navigation within complex information spaces is uneasy for all users, it is extremely difficult for visually impaired users who can not simply searching and browsing digital contents with a mouse. These users have to listen line by line using a screen reader program, which may be particularly inefficient in a large documents with complex structures and loose connections of relevant information that are hard to search and navigate. Consequently, they are especially penalized when the information being searched is hidden deeply. In this article, we introduce a partition-annotate-recommend (PAR) paradigm to improve the accessibility of digital libraries for visually impaired users. Our evaluation, involving the participation of visually impaired users, show that the RAIN system, built based on the PAR paradigm, reduces the navigational overhead significantly and enables visually impaired users to access complex digital libraries effectively.

Research on Risk Assessment in International Logistics 国际物流风险评估研究

Today economic integration all over the world not only accelerates the development of the international logistics, but also makes the problem of the international logistics risk increasingly prominent. As a result, an increasing number of companies begin to pay more attention to the international logistics risk management, especially the issue of risk assessment. From the characteristics of the international logistics service, this paper studies the international logistics risk assessment by using the risk management theory and the methods of probability theory, and proposes a method of international logistics risk assessment. Finally, the feasibility of the method is illustrated through the analysis of examples.

Conflicts between the third-party payment enterprise and bank are increasing gradually, the main conflict is interest, revenue distribution issue seems to be more important. Because of the importance of the market, introducing theoretical framework of service supply chain and enact reasonable revenue distribution plan on that basis, it establishes revenue distribution model through introducing idea and analytical method of modern game theory and researches revenue distribution issue of members in supply chain. Have the conclusions that effort level paid by enterprise members seeking their max profit is proportional to their distribution ratio and is in inverse proportion to their implicit cost ratio square; In order to achieve largest total income of supply chain, each member’s distribution ratio should be proportional to their contribution ratio and in inverse proportion to their implicit cost ratio. It proved practicability of the conclusions from the numerical analysis.
第三方支付企业与银行之间的冲突逐渐增多,主要是利益冲突,收益分配问题显得更为重要。鉴于市场的重要性,引入服务供应链的理论框架,并在此基础上制定合理的收益分配方案,通过引入现代博弈论的思想和分析方法,建立收益分配模型,研究供应链成员的收益分配问题。得出企业成员追求利润最大化所付出的努力水平与其分配比成正比,与其隐性成本比平方成反比的结论;为了实现供应链的最大总收入,每个成员的分配比例应该与其贡献比例成正比,与其隐性成本比例成反比。验证了数值分析结论的实用性。
