IOT Based Smart Vehical Monitoring and Tracking System 基于物联网的智能车辆监控和跟踪系统

Car accidents are taken into consideration certainly one of the most detrimental phenomena. Though there are numerous different reasons behind car accidents, most injuries occur due to driver's unawareness and uncontrolled speed. Also, there appears to be a trouble accomplishing the spot of accident on time due to loss of awareness. So smart vehicle using an Internet of Things (IoT) technology is the solution to reduce the number of accidents and also to prevent theft. This paper presents a smart system design to detect the accident immediately. This system always monitors the gap between the vehicles using ultrasonic sensor. The proposed design is cognizant with GPS/GPRS and GSM that automatically send an alert message to family members and nearest rescue team. The GPS/GPRS system continuously keeps the track of vehicle location and can be used during an accident and theft.

Ecosystem Preparedness & Learning 4.0: A Case Study of Higher Education Scenario in Goa 生态系统准备与学习4.0:果阿邦高等教育案例研究

The study aims to measure the preparedness of the Higher Educational Ecosystem in terms of computer and network technology to implement Learning 4.0 in the state of Goa. The gap analysis between the learning 4.0 scenario and the current situations has been done. Digital network platforms and devices are one of the major drivers of Learning 4.0. The strength of these drivers in the study is based on three aspects of an institution the competency of teachers in understanding and adapting digital technology, the competency of students in using digital technology and the digital environment / ecosystem in the institute. Each of these aspects was measured on a scale 0–1 with higher values indicating a positive outcome for the aspect. From the survey conducted over 5000 students studying in the Colleges in Goa, it was observed that there is more scope for teachers to take initiatives in using digital technology in the curriculum whereby making the students learn about the latest technology available. Additional efforts are required in motivating and encouraging the teachers to efficiently use digital technology in the process of teaching-learning. In case untoward incidents arise, it becomes difficult for students and teachers to be present in a classroom. Expertise in efficient usage of digital technology in the process of teaching-learning may ensure that under such circumstances, teaching-learning is not hampered.

Review and Analysis of Cryptography Techniques 密码学技术综述与分析

Recently, there has been a significant increase in the number of Internet users. Thus, digital data has occupied the highest rank in our time, because most companies and governments adopt the total dependence for the transmission of their data transactions with customers and banking transactions over the World Wide Web. Therefore, total reliance on digital data needs to secure this data and preserve it from theft and modification in order to reach the intended user intact without distortion, and this is done by securing this data using encryption with its various techniques. There are many technologies that encrypt the data sent to the receiving party called encryption techniques. This research will examine the analysis of different encryption techniques, for example, symmetric cryptography technique and asymmetric cryptography techniques, Rivest Shamir and Adleman, Diffie-Hellman, Digital Signature Algorithm, (ECC) Elliptic curve cryptography, and how can employ them and explore the best methods of cryptography techniques that give complete confidential and transmitted data.

A Comparative Analysis of Potential Factors and Impacts that Affect Blockchain Technology in Software: Based Applications 影响区块链技术在软件应用中的潜在因素和影响的比较分析

A new technology that considerably provides help in case of application of distributed ledger system by use of decentralized transactional databases is introduced as Blockchain. The functions of Blockchain can be categorized into three phases: Firstly, it emphasizes on decentralization i.e. no centralized body can dictate on other blocks. Secondly, it emphasizes on transparency i.e. easy validated transactions take place through it permits verifiable transparency in case of each mechanism. Finally, it has an immutable feature which never permits tampering of database/data as any change in data may affect or agitate the entire data-chain. For the purpose of security, the immutable pillar is basically used in this technology. In Blockchain technology, generally the peer to peer network is applied that allows new block to join in the chain without affecting all other blocks in the system. It is a well accepted view or proposition that for obtaining block chain of a high quality some basic attributes like security, privacy, input, size and bandwidth, usability, performance, scalability and data integrity are highly essential. Block chain based applications across multiple domains or in other words across diverse sectors such as Medical care, Agriculture, Social medias, Banking sector, Education, Digital voting, Travelling, Crypto-currency, Information Technology and Data management along with the limitations of this technology-a-viz a systematic literature review of Blockchain enabled applications is altogether an interesting field of analysis as well as a predominant area of research for scholars and software industries.

Image analysis using the Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now in trend. There are a lot of data in the image format. Using image analysis many useful information can be extracted. In this period where many people are having smart phones, they are clicking a lot of images. Sometimes they have forgot about the images. But when they want to access the image they have clicked few days before, then they have to search them manually. Search image manually is a very tedious task. Second there are different types of disease diagnostic tools produce medical images. In these images detecting a disease is required expert knowledge. And many times experts also can do a mistake. But in the artificial intelligence these problem could be rectified. Using Deep-Convolutional Neural Network(DCNN) of AI, enables the world of image analysis for us.

Exemplar-based Learning for Recognition & Annotation of Human Actions 基于范例的人类行为识别与注释学习

Human action recognition is an active research topic in computer vision. It is a challenging task to model various actions, varying with time resolution, visual appearance and others. For each action category, a large collection of similar actions is learned. This requires training a neural network with a large number of videos. Each action is described as a set of similarities between its instances and candidate exemplars. Then the most discriminative video is chosen. The experiment results on a publicly available dataset known as the KTH dataset. The project is expected to separate the human from the background in the video and identify what action is performed by him/her.

New Politifact: A Dataset for Counterfeit News 新政治事实:假新闻的数据集

Fake news is a fictitious article that is intentionally written to deceive people. So it is difficult to detect fake news based on the content of the news article. Online platforms publish these fabricated stories to make more money by enhancing the number of readerships. There is a need to detect fake news as early as possible. The lack of a standard dataset makes this task more challenging. So, In this paper, we proposed a new dataset that is scraped from Politifact websites. This dataset is larger in size in comparison to the existing datasets. We conducted extensive experiments by training state of the art machine learning and deep-learning algorithm. The results depict the effectiveness of our proposed dataset.

In this paper first architecture of cloud computing, characteristics of service models and services provided by CSPs are discussed, than after analyzed growth rate and market share of top five CSPs in cloud service models, i.e Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS)

A Comparative Study on Sentiment Analysis Approaches and Methods 情感分析方法与方法的比较研究

With the rapid development of Internet and its usages, Sentiment analysis, the subsidiary of Natural Language processing has also grown. Through, it the implicit emotion in the text can be powerfully mined and this information can be used by organization or enterprises to take further decisions and the unpredictable growth of data indubitably brings more opportunities and challenges to sentiment analysis. Binary Classification Problem, Data sparsely problem, polarity shift, accuracy related issues are primary problems. Multiples algorithms which are based on many approaches used for sentiment analysis, still to get the sentiment features from the particular content of text is still difficult one. In this paper provides a deep imminent of different sentiment methodologies and approaches in a comprehensive way and provide a insight of future challenges in sentiment analysis.

Application of IoT Products in Smart Cities of India 物联网产品在印度智慧城市中的应用

The world is about to witness revolution in communication and technology after internet in the form of IoT and IoE. They will be used to create smart environments for people globally. IoT has become one of those things that has slowly made its way into almost all aspects of all sectors and made more suited for the changing world. Almost anything can be made better with the wonders of IoT and many a times at relatively lower prices. The use of IoT products will be of great advantage to boost the mission of setting up Smart Cities in India. The paper focuses on the aspects of applying IoT products for various smart solutions for setting up Smart Cities in India. Some of the domains have been discussed in the paper. Also, the projected solutions that can be implemented have been showcased. They key to set up Smart City successfully depends upon how the technology has been integrated to solve the complex problems being faced by the society at large.
