Communication has been a struggle for everyone since the covid outbreak and in the aftermath, people have had to get accustomed to video conferencing applications. However people with physical or mental limitations are still unable to use video conferencing apps and their interfaces. This necessitates the development of web-based video chat applications. These applications can aid those who are unable to communicate verbally and/or operate using standard mouse and keyboard inputs, but yet need to feel close to others when they are apart. The proposed application incorporates various accessibility features such as speech-to-text and text-to-speech, gaze tracking and pictorial speech interfaces. It enables individuals with disabilities to participate in virtual meetings on an equal footing with their peers. The goal is to remove barriers and promote inclusiveness in remote work and collaboration for all users, regardless of their abilities using this application.

— Over the last years, the security into software systems especially in the distributed system becomes complex day by day. The secure and trusted environment is a considerably important subject to address. Different services and resources in the distributed system have to be secure at different levels, for this reason, we have analysed in detail the flaws of the distributed systems, all the security threats, situations where the system at risk faces, and the best possible solutions to secure the distributed system. Globus security mechanism is discussed in detail well as how the authentication can be done and how do we achieve message confidentiality and integrity. Every idea that radiates all sorts of solutions to this matter is verified and well-studied. It provides the proper knowledge to help one understand the meaning of a secure system, the security policies, and the security mechanism.

Due to its numerous practical applications, human emotion recognition from speech is now a challenging and demanding research subject for scientists. The Speech databases, speech features, and classifiers are the important factors for recognizing emotions from speech. The availability of suitable emotional speech databases is the first step for Speech Emotion Recognition (SER). This paper presents a comprehensive literature review of emotional speech databases. The availability of appropriate emotional speech databases in all emotions and languages are summarized. A total of 26 papers for the emotional speech database have been reviewed. It determines which speech databases are often used and also identifies popular speech databases and the languages in which the majority of the databases are available.

The goal of this work is to identify brain tumors and improve care for those who are suffering. Tumors are the term used to denote abnormal cell growth in the brain, while cancer is the term used to describe malignant tumors. Brain cancer regions are typically discovered via Computed Tomography (CT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans. For the detection of brain tumors, further methods include molecular testing, lumbar puncture, cerebral angiogram, and positron emission tomography. Images from an MRI scan are used in this study to analyze the disease stage. The goals of this research are to segment the tumor region and to identify the abnormal image. The segmented mask can be used to evaluate the tumor's density, which will aid in treatment. ResNet algorithm is used to analyze MRI pictures and find anomalies.
