The future in resolving disputes in all spheres of public life lies in mediation. The aim of the author of this article is to present the current relevant European legislation on mediation and how it has found application - transposition into the legislation of EU member states. After a comparative analytical review, highlight the similarities and differences regarding the legal regulation in the individual countries and point out the good legislative practices and the progress made by the EU member states.

The report examines the application of mediation in education, as well as the relationship between education and the business environment. The aim of the present study is to present mediation as a method that builds a new model of behavior in the various social spheres. This report examines the concept of developing emotional competencies at the age of 3 - 7 years, which is the basis of an innovative for Bulgaria model for conflict management in preschools. Mediation is an alternative way to regulate relations between the individuals from which the conflict originates. The mediation does not deny the court, but it's a branch with more opportunities for solving the conflict. As the main difference, the mediation leaves the answer in the hands of the affected sides. The purpose of this articles is to clarify the essence of mediation. We will point our attention to some of the essential juridical normal which are the key to successful conflicts solving and how to implement mediation in schools.

The activity of the health mediator has a sustainable impact on people's lives, both in the smaller community groups and on the overall educational, health and economic growth of the society. During the Kovid 19 pandemic, the practice of the profession of health mediator is of utmost importance and significance, with a view to informing and preventing health. The author of this article presents the legal framework of the health mediator in the national and European legislation. The aim of the author is to present the legal and professional requirements for the health mediator. The health mediator is already an established and legally regulated profession, which operates in the individual municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria.

The author presents a broader understanding of the concept of mediation, going beyond the legal definition of the Mediation Act, which provides the need to create a new model of mediation in the university. The idea of academic mediation is to include it as a method for dispute resolution in the education in "professional bachelor", "bachelor" and "master" degree in the different programs in order to create a new culture of communication, upgrade of knowledge, skills and competencies and successful realization of the students on the labour market. In conclusion conclusions are made, concerning the application of the mediation in the sphere of the higher education and recommendations are made.

The report examines the mediation procedure in the context of disciplinary proceedings under the Labor Code. Based on an analysis of the labor law norms, as well as the existing legal doctrine and practice, the possibility for conducting the mediation procedure during and on the occasion of the disciplinary proceedings is analyzed. In conclusion, conclusions are made about the usefulness of mediation in its application in engaging disciplinary liability of an employee, on the basis of which a proposal de lege ferenda is made.
