SVM-based venture capital management team performance evaluation model 基于svm的风险投资管理团队绩效评价模型

With the launch of fund of fund as well as the growth of private and institutional investors, demand for professional venture capital (VC) management team for China's VC market is day by day on the rise thus performance evaluation on VC management team has attracted great attention in VC research area. Currently, it has not yet established a systematic VC management team performance evaluation system, neither had an authorized evaluation method. In combination of literature review and interview with senior experts in VC industry, this paper proposes a performance evaluation system suitable to China's VC management teams based on Balanced Score Card(BSC), which contributes both to investors and VC management team themselves. Meanwhile, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is introduced into the performance evaluation, and the evaluation issue is transformed to a classification issue. The result shows that SVM-based VC management team performance evaluation model has superior evaluation effects compared with traditional evaluation and classification method, to some extent easing the evaluation problems such as high subjectivity, weak extension ability and small volume samples.

The application of factor analysis and correlation analysis in the evaluation on development of renewable resources processing zone 因子分析与相关分析在再生资源加工区发展评价中的应用

The development of renewable resources industry is important to our recycling economy, this research adopts factor analysis and correlation analysis to study the datum of seven renewable resources processing zones which approved to been building by our state, and to establish the quantitative model that evaluates construction necessity of renewable resources processing zone. The results show that to promote the healthy development of renewable resource industries, the important condition of existence is that the production of enterprises in park is needed to be demanded by market. The investment in public utilities is a key factor affecting park's development, and local economic development is not necessarily related to that.
再生资源产业的发展对我国循环经济具有重要意义,本研究采用因子分析和相关分析的方法,对我国批准建设的7个再生资源加工区的数据进行了研究,建立了评价我国再生资源加工区建设必要性的定量模型。研究结果表明,促进再生资源产业健康发展,园区企业的生产需要满足市场需求是园区企业生存的重要条件。公用事业投资是影响园区发展的关键因素,而地方经济发展与之并不一定相关。

For the total pressure and slurry level are nonlinear and coupled in the air headbox, through the use of genetic algorithm to optimize PID neural network weights to achieve the P, I, D the best combination to complete the total headbox flow Pressure and slurry level decoupling control.Finally, the MATLAB simulation shows that the method has high control accuracy, fast dynamic response, the use of high value features.

Stimulation is an efficient means for the employers to stir up the employees' enthusiasm and creativity. Stimulation should be at the suitable time and belated stimulation would cause negative effects. The article sets forth the harms of belated stimulation by constructing a game model of belated stimulation and using the marginal analysis method in the economics, reveals the reasons of the belated effects of stimulation, and brings forward some defensive measures in order to prevent belated stimulation.

Agricultural products circulation is now closely linking rural economy with urban consumption in China, while the existing circulation system has met such urgent problems as substantive intermediate links and rather low circulation efficiency. The root of the problems lies in the breaking information flow during the circulation process as well as the limit of space and time when doing a deal in the wholesale market. However, the B2B commerce based upon the traditional wholesale market can easily overcome the above-mentioned restraining factors. At this work, after analyzing the success and shortcomings of the existent agricultural products B2B practice, the P2B2B and P2I2B pattern are presented, considering peasants' overall benefits and the practical situation of China's rural development. In the end, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the patterns and outlooks the prospect of their application. This electronic document is a “live” template. The study of intelligent organizing papers based on improved genetic algorithm 基于改进遗传算法的智能整理论文研究

With the development of computer and network technique, no-paper examination has received widely application, such as driving license exam and professional ranks and titles computer exam nearby us. In order to ensure the equity and justness, the issue of organizing papers causes more and more attention. Intelligent Organizing Papers is a combination problem under various constraints. There are still many unideal aspects of the effect, though the technique of organizing papers has high speed development. This thesis focuses on the application of genetic algorithm in organizing papers, and proposes an improved genetic algorithm which increases the efficiency and quality of organizing papers.

Carbon is one of the major contributors to Green House Gases. How to reduce the carbon emission is one of the most important thing to the country. The carbon tax is a tax on carbon content of fuels. Implementation of a carbon tax is an effective means of reducing CO2 emission. The GM (1, 1) is the main model for forecast the output value and energy consumption. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects that different carbon tax may have on reducing CO2 emission. According to our findings that lower carbon tax is a best choice for China.

The intent of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the impacts of knowledge management for a virtual organization. The rapid developments of Internet technology have accelerated the transformation of traditional business into e-business. Especially in the era of the explosion of information, it is essential important for them to make effective use of raw data and converting it into revenue based on the Internet environment. Therefore, it is most significant to explore the field of knowledge management in the virtual organization. This paper used library research, Internet sources, interview and many other effective methods to illustrate the challenges and impacts of information/knowledge management for a virtual organization and give some solutions most efficient to solve current problems encountered.

The technology innovation in telecommunication, especially the innovation of core technology, has become an inexhaustible power for the constant development of the telecommunication enterprises under the circumstance of the development in science and technology, the advancement by leaps and bounds in network information, and the increasingly severe competitive among the telecommunication industry. For telecommunication operators, business innovation is imminent demand for the transformation of the current strategy for telecommunication. It has also been a kind of preparatory work for the 3G era. If technological progress is the engine of the development of telecommunication industry, business innovation capacity is the key ingredient of the core competitiveness of the industry.
