Tourism in Indonesia is still regarded as an ordinary industry. However, it has the potential to drive economic growth. This paper uses panel data regression to investigate how several tourism indicators, like tourist expenditure, accommodation availability, and number of workers, affect regional tourism revenue in Indonesia and how regional tourism revenue affects GRDP. Results show that domestic tourist expenditure and accommodation availability positively impact regional tourism revenue and are statistically significant. It was also found that the effect of regional tourism revenue on GRDP is positive and significant. In this study, the impact of Live Shopping on sales strategies, particularly within the skincare industry focusing on Skintific, was explored. Qualitative exploratory research involving interviews and observations of 7 consumers revealed that Live Shopping influences purchase interest through direct discounts, direct interaction with hosts, and detailed product explanations. Its influence was reflected in increased transactional, referential, preferential, and exploratory interest of consumers in Skintific products. Factors such as streamer credibility, interactivity, and the richness of media information also influenced purchase decisions. The research findings confirm that Live Shopping on TikTok is effective in influencing consumer purchase interest in skincare products such as Skintific. The purpose of conducting this research is to examine the social media marketing of Instagram @gyugyugank in enhancing brand awareness. The research is conducted using a qualitative method and analyzed using a descriptive method, with data sources from direct interviews with Gyu Gyu Gank employees and consumers as followers of the @gyugyugank Instagram account, along with literature studies. The results of this research indicate that Gyu Gyu Gank pays close attention to social media marketing strategies that impact brand awareness improvement. Gyu Gyu Gank employs various strategies to manage the Instagram social media account to enhance brand awareness, which includes levels of unawareness of the brand, brand recognition, brand recall, and brand top-of-mind. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is all respondents, both men and women who are buyers and customers who have purchased Bluder Bread at Bluder Cokro. The number of samples for this study were 165 respondents. The sampling technique can be classified as non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire was made using a Likert scale format. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Human Resources (HR) is an important aspect in an organization or company, having quality human resources will make a company grow further in facing various existing business competitions, and vice versa. One of the factors that is very influential in HR is a discipline factor. Work discipline can be seen as having great benefits, both for the interests of the organization and for employees. For organizations, the existence of work discipline will ensure the maintenance of order and smooth implementation of tasks, so that optimal results are obtained. Apart from work discipline, an employee's work stress will certainly influence a company's performance. If stress is high it will further reduce performance and vice versa. This research aims to see whether There is The influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT Garuda Indonesia, with using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that work discipline has a positive influence on employee performance, while work stress has a negative influence on employee performance. The current café business has grown so rapidly, the level of competition is also getting tougher, marked by the emergence of various kinds of café concepts that have their own charm, have their own characteristics raised, provide a customer experience. This study aims to examine whether servicescape and lifestyle affect the intention to revisit, and satisfaction is a mediating variable from the influence of the two independent variables. The research method used an explanatory approach, the data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to cafe customers in Jombang and its surroundings, there were 182 respondents. The results showed that servicescape had an effect on the intention to revisit, and lifestyle also had an effect on the intention to revisit, meanwhile satisfaction became a mediating variable (partial mediation) of the two independent variables on the intention to revisit. Regional government financial performance is the level of achievement of work results in the field of regional finance and a tool that can be used to record, measure, assess and achieve effective and efficient implementation of regional financial management. This research aims to examine the influence of local original income, balancing funds, excess budget financing and regional expenditure on the financial performance of district/city regional governments in Jambi province for the 2018-2022 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Jambi Province DJPK website and the total data is 55 from 11 district/city samples obtained using non-probability sampling techniques. The results of the research reveal that the regional original income variable has a positive effect on the financial performance of regional governments and the remaining variables over budget financing and regional expenditure have a negative effect on the financial performance of regional governments, but the balancing funds variable has no effect on the financial performance of regional governments. The results of this research indicate the importance of increasing regional funds in improving government performance and services to the community. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Toko Indomaret Bangkinang, Bagaimana Pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Toko Indomaret Bankinang dan Variabel manakah yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Pembelian Produk Makanan pada Toko Indomaret Bankinang. Sedangkan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yang ditentukan 50 responden dan sekaligus sebagai sampel penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management behavior of employees in the administrative department of a retail company in Malang. This study uses quantitative methods and a Likert scale for the measurement scale. The independent variable consists of financial knowledge, financial socialization and financial experience, while the dependent variable is financial management behavior. The total number of active respondents using paylater was obtained by 96 respondents by distributing questionnaires online. The results showed that financial knowledge had a positive effect on financial management behavior, while financial socialization and financial experience had no effect on financial management behavior. The ability to manage finances can influence an individual's financial condition in the future. This study can be useful as a reference for various parties, especially Paylater users to be wiser in making financial decisions and to be able to improve good financial management behavior. This study aims to analyze emotional intelligence and financial literacy on financial behavior in economics and business students at Prof. Dr. HAMKA Muhammadiyah University. The data in this study are primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to economics and business students at Uhamka. The analysis method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study indicate that of the two independent variables, has a significant influence on financial behavior both simultaneously and partially.
