Pengaruh Penerapan Akuntansi Pemerintahan Dan Pengawasan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara Pada Badan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah 对北苏门答腊省政府在区域资产和资产机构的责任管理部门实施的政府会计和财务质量控制的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing government accounting and monitoring the quality of financial reports on performance accountability of North Sumatra provincial government agencies in regional financial and asset bodies and to determine the effect partially or simultaneously on the regional financial and asset offices of North Sumatra province. The approach used in this research is a descriptive and associative quantitative approach. The population in this study are all Regional Financial and Asset Agency Work Units within the scope of the North Sumatra Provincial Government. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique in the form of a Gform. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) software version 29.0. These results indicate that the application of government accounting has a significant effect on the accountability of Government Agency Performance in the regional financial and asset agency offices of North Sumatra Province. the performance of government agencies in the regional financial and asset agency offices of North Sumatra Province, this is due to the higher t-count value than t-table and the application of government accounting and monitoring the quality of financial reports affects the performance accountability of government agencies in the offices of financial and asset bodies of North Sumatra Province as seen from the f-count value which is higher than the f-table.Keywords: Implementation of Government Accounting, Quality Control of Financial Statements, Performance Accountability of Government Agencies.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously on the Online Travel Agent (Case Study of Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Pegi-pegi Customers). The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, namely the data was selected based on certain criteria.. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.116; (2) Service Quality (X2) partially does not have a Positive and Significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.000; Simultaneous promotion, and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance F of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion, Service Quality

This study aims to develop and explore a conceptual framework to explain the relationship between destination brand authenticity, destination brand engagement, destination brand familiarity, and tourist loyalty. With a total of 120 respondents who filled out questionnaires via the Google form. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. For data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). In this study, the sample used was tourists who are domiciled in Solo Raya, with a population of tourists who have visited Tawangmangu in the past year. The results of the study show that destination brand familiarity mediates the relationship between destination brand authenticity and brand involvement on tourist loyalty. So it can be concluded that the results of this study can help destination marketing organizations realize the important role of destination brand familiarity and improve brand performance.Keywords: Familiarity, Authenticity, Engagement, Tourist Loyalty

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bunas Finance Indonesia (BFI Finance) Cabang  Makassar, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel Kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0.017 menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas Kemampuan dan Pengalama Kerja mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat yakni kinerja karyawan sebesar 1.7 %, sedangkan sisanya 98.3 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci: kemampuan, pengalaman kerja, kinerja karyawan
本研究的目的是了解和分析工作能力和经验对员工绩效的影响。采用的研究方法是定量方法的描述性研究。所使用的数据分析方法是线性的多元回归。本研究的人口是PT Bunas Indonesia (BFI Finance) Makassar分公司的员工,该研究的样本数量为83人。基于本研究的假设测试结果,该研究表明,能力和工作经验同时对员工的表现没有显著影响。部分能力和工作经验对员工的表现没有显著影响。R Square的0.017分的价值表明,自由变量的能力和工作分配能够解释员工表现为1.7%的变量,而其他98% .3是由本研究没有研究的其他因素定义的。关键词:能力、工作经验、员工表现

The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze, and demonstrate the impact of job training, motivation, and creativity on employee performance at PT PWI. This study uses quantitative research techniques and is an applied research. In accordance with the requirements of the Slovin formula, this study used up to 144 respondents from a sample of field workers. Multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination are the types of hypothesis testing used in the data analysis of this study. Data processing in this study used the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results obtained in this study explain that the employee performance variable has a positive effect on the creativity variable, and motivation on employee performance at PT PWI. The results of this study have implications that focus on creativity, indicating that creative employees must be able to innovate in finding new opportunities, doing new things, taking ideas from things around them, being broad-minded, capturing feedback from consumers because this company is engaged in manufacturing sports shoes.Keywords: Job Training, Creativity, Motivation, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative survey method with descriptive and associative research types. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia as respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the sampling technique using the probability sampling method, namely the simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 46 respondents. The dependent variable is employee performance at PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia, while the independent variable is the work environment and employee work discipline. Based on the F test, the results of this study indicate that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia's employeesKey words:  Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performavance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Mie Gacoan di SoloRaya sebanyak 220 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan di olah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi pengaruh harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Kata kunci:  Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari locus of control dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel pemediasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di kota Surakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kota Surakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Smart PLS. Pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi outer model dan inner model. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy, Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pada pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan, Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived risk on repurchase intentions mediated by trust. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the millennial generation who use the Food Delivery App. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. To conduct this research, researchers took as many as 160 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires via the Google form. The questionnaire was created using a Likert scale format and processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. This analysis process is carried out using the Smart PLS 3.2 application. The results showed that warning of use had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, perceived risk had a negative and significant effect on repurchase intention, perceived use had a positive and significant effect on trust, risk warning had a negative and significant effect on trust, trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, trust mediates the effect of perceived usefulness on repurchase intention, and trust is unable to mediate the effect of perceived risk on repurchase intention.Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Repurchase intention, Perceived risk, Trust
